Cranberry Baked Brie

My go-to appetizer for any occasion is a baked brie. During the holiday season, our Cinnamon & Spice Cranberry Apple Jam is the must-have pairing for this effortlessly elegant, gooey delight.

Cooking during the holidays almost always means entertaining guests and loved ones. For many of us, preparing food is a form of showing love and gratitude for those closest to our hearts, but this time of year, it can be easy to get bogged down with stress in the kitchen. Sharing the gift of delightful flavor with company is easy with jams from Lighthouse Keeper’s Pantry.
Ingredients:
1 8oz wheel of brie cheese
1/3 cup Lighthouse Keeper’s Cinnamon & Spice Cranberry
Apple Jam
2 Tbsp candied walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place brie on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and carefully transfer to a serving dish.
Spread Lighthouse Keeper’s Cinnamon & Spice Cranberry Apple Jam on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Serve hot with a sliced baguette or crackers.
